Happy 3 months Claire!

Whenever Claire goes down for tummy time, Maya is there too with her saying "tummy time!"
Claire is about to crawl away any day now. Seriously, when we place her on her belly, her little legs start kicking like crazy, she pulls up on her forearms and she starts movin! She loves Maya, the TV, and especially when Daddy talks to her. She has become very loud the past week in her talking and she coos and laughs too! We have started having to swaddle her for her afternoon nap. She still sleeps very well during the night. She wakes up around 7am for the day, goes back down to sleep for an early morning snooze, and then again for a 3-4 hour nap in the afternoon. Then she takes little catnaps sometimes before going to bed for the night around 8-9pm. When she drinks her bottles she usually can drink about 3-5 oz in a sitting now (it used to be just 2oz). She usually drinks a couple bottles during the day when Mommy is working and then at night she prefers to have it straight from the tap. I do still bring her into bed with me at night, but I always try to put her back into her basinnett when she is done eating. She gets up 1-2 times during the night to eat and usually can fall right back asleep. Sometimes at 4-5am she will get a diaper change and likes to lay on her belly on mommy for a bit, but I always keep the lights off, then when she yawns I swaddle her back up again and rock her until she falls asleep. She is pretty good at putting herself to sleep too. When she is ready, she doesn't usually fool around too much. She is a very sweet and happy little baby. She definitely has some thigh meat and belly chub going on now. She seems to have lost some of her hair, but the hair on top is longer, its just very thin. And she has that balding spot on the back of her head from rubbing!

We are gearing up for some big weekends coming up. This weekend, Nanny and Pop-pop and Auntie Erin and Uncle John are coming to visit and celebrate Easter with us. Then on Easter weekend, Gammie will be here for a long weekend! Maya will be so excited to have so many playmates!
